Dear Elyrians,
On
behalf of the Elyrians First Committee and the City of Elyria, please accept
our most sincere appreciation for your support of Issue 5. Because of your actions and personal
commitment to protect Elyria’s future, our community will continue to move
forward.
Whether
you exercised your right to vote and/or made a donation, attended a fundraiser,
walked door-to-door, put up yard signs, made telephone calls, or wrote a letter
of support – you and others like you, made a difference.
Because of you, the City of Elyria will be able to maintain high quality, vital city services like police and fire protection, road maintenance, building code enforcement, leaf and snow removal, and parks and recreation services.
Please
know that the City of Elyria is committed to making the best and most efficient
use of our precious tax dollars. We will
continue to work with City Council, our employees and the community to make our
local government more accountable and continue to create opportunities for better
or expanded services and new funding sources through partnerships and
collaborations.
