The City of Elyria will observe Trick or Treat night on Thursday, October 31st 2019 - Halloween Day - from 6:00pm - 7:30pm. Please enjoy the season, be safe, and have fun!
Also, the Annual Kiwanis Halloween Parade will be held the preceding Sunday, October 27, 2019. Line up starts at 2:00pm by Suzin L. Chocolatier (230 Broad Street) and will kick off at 2:30pm as it marches to Ely Square. More information is below.
