Thanks to the help of the Bicentennial Committee (and the diligent efforts of committee member Charlie Delgado), the City of Elyria Bicentennial Commemorative Postage Cancellation is available at the Elyria Post Office! Those interested in getting a piece of Elyrian History must bring a stamped envelope into the Post Office and tell the clerk that they would like a Bicentennial Postage Cancellation. There is no charge and you can get as many cancellations as you'd like. The cancellation will be available from Friday, March 17, 2017 through Saturday, April 15, 2017.
