4th Street and East Avenue is Open

The intersection of 4^th Street and East Avenue is now OPEN to through traffic on 4^th Street and East Avenue (northbound).  Southbound on East Avenue  from 4^th Street will remain closed to traffic.   

Sunoco Gas Station is accessible from 4^th Street and is very much open for business!
