The National Center for Arts Research has ranked the Cleveland - Elyria area the 19th Most Vibrant Arts community in the country based on their 2019 Arts Vibrancy Index. Congratulations to the Elyria Arts Council, Spark Theater, Stocker Center, Blank Slate, Pioneer Theater and all of the many other arts organziations in Elyria and Lorain County that have helped us reach this prestigious ranking.
